FundabilityHQ provides business credit education, vendor database access, fundability audits, and done-for-you business credit building services. We do not guarantee specific results. Individual results will vary.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase except at the sole discretion of FundabilityHQ management. DFY program cancellations must be submitted in writing to fundabilityhq@fundabilityhq.com.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on FundabilityHQ.com including text graphics logos and database content is the property of Fresh Credit Path LLC DBA FundabilityHQ and may not be reproduced without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FundabilityHQ shall not be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
